Hire Time Over 7 Hours
Is charged at $125 / hour in 15 minute increments. (If you pay for a pickup location outside of the local area do not select this option. This only applies if you're doing multiple pickup locations or on the day if you delay the driver)


Pickup Time
Pickup time is determined by you. Please tell us what time you'd like.


Notes on Booking
When you make the booking just select the number of passengers you think will be coming. You are NOT locked into this price. Once you confirm numbers, let us know and we'll update the invoice. 


Deposit
$250 deposit is required to book. This amount is not refundable. 


Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 30 days from the tour date. If you are booking inside of 30 days the remaining balance is due within 7 days of booking. 


Refundable Security Bond
Lovedale Long Lunch much like Melbourne Cup Day is renown for being a vomit fest. As such, we require a refundable $200 bond to be paid the week of the tour. This will be refunded on the Monday after the event.


Drinking on the Bus
Drinking on the bus is permitted on the return journey only. Small eskies or cooler bags that fit at your feet are permitted - nothing else. The aisle cannot be obstructed.
